How do I check in?
We’ll reach out to you 2 days before your check-in with some additional information about your stay. This information will include the code to the lockbox, a passcode for the Wi-Fi & check-out details. Please see the link below for more information on the check in & check out process.
What time is check in & check out?
We have to be quite strict on our check-in & check-out times due to new guests arriving. We ask you check-in no earlier than 3pm and then check-out no later than 10am.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
We can only offer these if available, for example; If there is no one booked before your check-in date then the property will be ready much earlier if you wish to check in before 3pm.
A late check-out may also be possible if there are no guests checking in the day you leave but please ask before.
What is a lockbox?
A lockbox is a small box on the side of the property, usually next to the door, with a code combination. Once you've put in the combination the box will open and you'll be able to use the key inside to get into the property. We wil always give you a new code prior to your check-in date.
How do I extend my booking?
To extend your booking make us aware as early as possible but no later than 24 hours in advance. When you originally booked with us you would have been given all our contact details in order to do so.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposits are required for specific properties, you will know if you need to pay a deposit or not upon booking. We take deposits to help minimise the damage to our units. If minor damages occur then this is what we use the deposit for & and if major damages occur then it may result in charging for the required amount.
